Doole Health is a telemedicine and remote patient management platform that connects patients and healthcare professionals in a single digital environment, enabling more efficient, accessible, and personalized care. Born as a spin-off of the Fight Against Infections Foundation (FLI), it builds on more than 30 years of experience in research on chronic and infectious diseases, clinical care, and health training programs.
The platform’s impact is scientifically validated: in patients treated at FLI, a 19.5% reduction in in-person visits was achieved through the use of Doole.
The value proposition is based on four key pillars:

2. Remote monitoring with reminders, notifications, and interactive tools such as cognitive games that reinforce treatment adherence.

The platform has already demonstrated results in different contexts:
– Nursing homes and primary care: more than 10,600 institutionalized patients, 169 nursing homes, and 64 primary care centers monitored.
– eSalut Project: 70 clinical use cases (long COVID, cardiac surgery, colorectal cancer, stroke, diabetic foot, among others), involving more than 2,700 patients and 400 professionals.
– INCA Health: early detection and innovative management of multimorbid patients.
– Georgia: digitalization of more than 60 rural health centers, with over 65 professionals trained to provide specialized remote consultations.
All of this is framed within the CIMA+ approach (Communication, Information, Monitoring, and Adherence), which integrates innovations such as artificial intelligence, gamification, and digital therapeutics.
