AVAMED SYNERGY

Avamed Synergy is a technology company based in the Digital District of Alicante, specialising in digital surgery and predictive oncology. Its mission is to transform the surgical and diagnostic approach to cancer through solutions based on artificial intelligence, big data and predictive modelling. Founded in 2012, it is the first Spanish company focused on promoting excellence in diagnostic and surgical efficiency with the highest precision. It has been awarded the Innovative SME seal of approval since 2020 as a result of its firm commitment to R&D&I. Likewise, it is a company in which constant innovation is fully present, thus managing to develop disruptive technologies that improve the quality of life of patients. In its most recent stage, Avamed Synergy, after an intensive phase of listening to the needs for planning and precise approach, has been directed towards the development of tools that allow the digitisation of processes and the intercommunication of the multidisciplinary clinical team.
Since 2017, Avamed Synergy has collaborated intensively with consultancy and planning in highly complex surgeries, in specialties such as neurosurgery, maxillofacial surgery and oncological surgery, providing valuable information for the surgeon and his team: defined tumour structures, precise negative resection margins, calculation of non-standard bone loss, simulations, customised prosthesis design, 3D biomodels printing, etc.
With active participation in more than 80 planned cases and with its work alongside the most important national reference hospitals, it collaborates closely with the most relevant multidisciplinary units in the country through collaboration and research agreements to provide precision solutions and specialities with very complex pathologies such as the osteosarcoma unit, vascular angiology, neurology, maxillary surgery, hand unit, etc.
