Additum is an experimented SME founded and led by an experienced senior management team, focused on the optimization of value creation in healthcare with the use of new technologies to improve patient health and facilitate the work of healthcare professionals. We accumulate more than 200 years of experience in the health sector areas of administration, health management, medical technology, health care sector and pharmaceutical industry such as: Medtronic, Ministry of Health, Spanish Agency of Medicine, Different Clinical Units, MIT, Lilly, Alastria and GE Healthcare. The main goal of Additum is to maximize the value created in patients with specific clinical conditions by taking advantage of new digital technologies. We create new health care processes models that, optimizing the creation of value, allow for a significant improvement in efficiency and facilitate access to preventive, predictive, participative and personalized medicine. In this sense, we work in 3 main services closely related to each other:
– NEW TECHNOLOGIES TO OPTMIZE VALUE: We make use of the latest technologies to create an impact in the value generation. These solutions can be adapted to different environments and use cases and the technologies are fully integrated with the current information systems. We have expertise in Data acquisition, Machine learning, Internet of Value (Blockchain) or Cloud computing.
– VALUE BASED HEALTH CARE ASSESSMENT: We provide a comprehensive view of the health sector, offering services that integrate the entire value chain, addressing all the actors in the sector and taking advantage of a profound knowledge of strategy and organizational management. We put the focus on generating value by optimizing clinical processes and activating patients, working closely with professionals and patients. We work on the definition of clinical pathways and agents involved in the Patient Value Journey, identification of outcomes and process KPIs, data analytics to optimize processes and maximize the value creation.
